Avocado & Roasted Pine Nuts Wrap

Pret's tortilla spread with a dollop of mayonnaise and half a freshly sliced avocado. We add thickly cut tomatoes, followed by a squirt of lemon juice and a sprinkling of toasted pine nuts. Then, we throw in a handful of fresh baby spinach and some basil leaves.
